Leo Tucker, President

Mr. Tucker has 17 years of professional experience spanning technology marketing, consulting, and financial services. He has held permanent roles including Consulting Partner, Director of Product Management, and Director of Industry Marketing, as well as consulting roles such as interim Chief Marketing Officer. His employers have included IBM, Cognos, Adjoined Consulting, and Fifth Third Bank, and consulting clients have included several of the world’s most innovative financial services, technology, and services companies. Mr. Tucker is a graduate of Centre College of Kentucky and The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Cassy York, Consulting Associate

Ms. York has consulting experience including billion-dollar technology companies, start-up technology companies, and technology services companies. In her role at Perform Ventures, Cassy leads secondary research and client content creation efforts. Ms. York also has experience in the accounting industry, and is a graduate of Berry College.
